A multi-course experience designed to spark curiosity and delight:
Before & After Snack -Farmer’s bread with lard and pickled cucumbers or cream cottage cheese with chives and radishes. Enjoy while cooking or/and with your drinks after the meal.
Deconstructed Potato Salad -A classic potato and pickled cucumber salad with homemade mayonnaise and dill-infused oil.
Clear Broth -A vibrant, pink-hued broth made from vegetable peels, carrot, beet, onion, and fresh dill.
Dumplings -Traditional Silesian dumplings with caramelized onion, lard or butter, and marjoram sauce.
Pickles in Three Ways -Salt-brined cucumber pickles, sweet vinegar beets and herb infused mini zucchini pickles.
Spicy Schnitzel - Meat or Meatless, your choice -Choose between Oma’s classic schnitzel, marinated in milk and crusted with chili breadcrumbs or a crisp, golden mushroom schnitzel—because do you really need meat when mushrooms are this juicy? Both served with parsnip and potato purée and sauerkraut.
Zero Waste Apple Sauce & Quark -Slowly cooked apples - including the skin, core and seeds! - with cinnamon and star anise, accompanied by quark and homemade fluffy buns.
